Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, purple reflections, discreet brightening on the rim. Fresh wild berries and black cherry, delicate cedar and orange zest with nougat in the background. Juicy and elegant with fresh cherry fruit, fine, silky tannins, pronounced fruit on the finish, mineral and long. A multi-faceted food wine with certain ageing potential.

Deep dark ruby, with purple reflections, and a subtle bright rim. On the nose fresh orange zest, black berry fruit, with a hint of liquorice, and a floral touch. Juicy, elegant, fine sweet fruit, ripe cherry, with a lively acidity, and a pronounced fruit finish. It has some minerality, and it has good development potential.
