Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, almost black core, watery rim. Wonderful blackberry confit on the nose, floral hints, spicy, fine cassis, a hint of nougat, typical Florentine touch. Perfectly balanced on the palate, elegant and pronounced in fruit, shows a firm, robust tannin core, mineral and salty, very good length, some leather, nougat and blackberries in the echo; a great wine with a perfect finish.
