Typically "wild" in the region, almost a hint of animal, but only as a nuance, the clear fruit is dominant: dark berries, bitter chocolate. On the palate with a subtle combination of creaminess and juice, the fine-grained tannins are almost completely absorbed by the soft tissue, the palate fruit has great concentration, nerve and minerality provide support and length. Brilliant style!

Very clear, precisely ripe berry fruit, blackberry, elderberry, sour cherry, but also juniper, garrigue, silky-fine structure on the palate, mineral-grounded, seamlessly round with mild but sufficiently lively acidity, subtle style, the alcohol (14.5%) disappears behind an impression of grace and elegance.
