Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Roasted aromas with herbal spices, oaky bouquet, discreet cherry undertones and some smoked bacon. Tightly meshed on the palate, vivid tannins, mineral touch, discreet freshness and very long. Still seems quite underdeveloped and needs more time.
