Tasting Notes

Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Based on Grenache. Still closed fragrance, but with floral and peppery hints. Very intense minerality on the palate, dense tannin, sandy to mealy in texture, mineral coupled. Very dense without seeming massive over. Excellent style, elegance and primordiality.
