Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Balsamic herbal savoury, prune, very clear and multilayered. Silky tannin, a lot of juiciness, profoundly viscous, also mineral grounding, mild but sufficiently supporting acidity, a very cultivated red combining profundity and charm. 80 percent from 60-year-old Carignan vines.
