Tasting Notes
Still quite dark ruby garnet, but with some ochre reflections and rim brightening. A complex nose of cream and chestnuts, light stollwerck, and overripe, burst plums. On the palate an almost port-like concentration, with sweet tannins that rasp kindly on the tongue. A wine with incredible weight, even more intense on the nose than the legendary 47.
