Tasting from 01.12.2021: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser

Delicate salmon pink, orange reflections. On the nose, a hint of red fruits of the forest, nuances of cherry compote and fresh orange zest. Silky and fresh on the palate, notes of yellow peach and blossom honey, subtle acidity, mineral notes and a subtle touch of citrus on the finish. An elegant, summery food wine.
