Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, with an opaque core, purple reflections, and a discreet bright rim. On the nose delicate floral aromas underlying black cherry fruit, with a hint of liquorice, and nuances of candied tangerine zest. A juicy palate, with red cherry flavours, but also some fig. It has an elegant and refined structure, with gentle hints of nougat, and it is persistent with good certain ageing potential.
