Tasting Notes

3.5
Tasting from 31.08.2006

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections. Very restrained on the nose, delicate carton touch. Slender on the palate, tart cherry fruit, violet perfume, somewhat dry tannins in the finish, currently in an aromatic rebuilding phase, but perhaps also a cork problem at play, never reminiscent of the superlative barrel sample.
