Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Strong ruby garnet with purple reflections and a touch of edge brightening. Dark berry fruit, a hint of mandarin zest and some fine woody spice notes show on the nose, along with a hint of ripe plums. Juicy and elegant on the palate with a well-integrated tannin structure and mineral accents to the red forest berry fruit. Some spice shows on the finish, making for a good food companion.
