Tasting from 05.09.2025: Romana Echensperger

A classic representative of its kind with a clear signature and precise flavour. The nose reveals grapefruit, yuzu, nectarine, citrus zest, pistachios and a hint of oyster shell. Moderate, fresh acidity on the palate, enlivened by notes of fleur de sel and citrus zest. A wine with nerve, elegance and good structure.
