The red wine Minervois AOC Opéra, vintage 2017 from the winery Château Villerambert has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Grenache from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Quite open in the fragrance, raisin, some Malaga black cherry. On the palate very elegant, juicy, silky, ripe but still carrying acidity, delicately wood-influenced, with medium-weight cut, but very good proportion. Lime mineral background.
