Tasting from 25.02.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Notes of sour cherry and plum on the nose. Also dark forest berries, milk chocolate, mocha and a hint of raspberry. Slightly greenish touch. Elegant on the palate with fresh acidity and fine tannins. Aromas of wild berries and sour cherry, slight animalistic notes. Medium-long finish.
