Light yellow-green, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Notes of limestone and roasted hazelnuts with background notes of white peach, a floral touch, a very inviting bouquet. Taut, tight-knit, precise white apple fruit, taut acidity, a hint of salinity on the finish, good persistence, a dry Chardonnay style, a food wine par excellence, it will undoubtedly mature well.
