The rosé »Tagwerk« Rosé, vintage 2021 from the winery Cisterzienser Weingut has been rated in 2023 by Peter Moser, Ulrich Sauter, Otmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Benjamin Vombach, Dominik Herzog with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Dornfelder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Pale salmon pink. Intense fruit (grape sugar, sweet cherries) is already very clear on the nose. Opening with a delicate sweetness on the palate, then juicy and fresh in the mid-palate, intense fruit here too, well-integrated acidity, a dash of carbonic acid underlines freshness and lightness, a finely fruity, quite complete rosé.
