The sweet and dessert wine »Tradition« Riesling Kabinett, vintage 2021 from the winery Classisches Weingut Hoffranzen has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
On the nose, aromas of brown sugar, candied mandarin, pineapple and pepper. On the palate, the wine reflects the traditional lightness of the Prädikat, with a certain textural quality, seamlessly integrated acidity and, in addition to yellow-fruit notes, a subtle slate-spicy touch on the finish.
