It is a wine made from the grape variety Savagnin Blanc from the region Valais in Switzerland.
A fresh, fruity bouquet with notes of pomélo and yuzu, underlaid with floral aromas. Lively acidity shows on the attack, leading to a core of yellow-fleshed, ripe fruit and hints of dried bananas. A modern, animating interpretation of this traditional variety.
