Tasting from 01.12.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Dark, rich ruby red. Lush nose, fruit-driven, some candle wax, citrus and juicy cherry, fruit tea. On the palate there is a lot of substance, candied, sweet fruit, with grippy tannin that dominates the course, unfortunately remains drying over to the finish.
