Tasting Notes
Light "gris". Herbal notes with ripe fruit in the background. Viscous palate is structured by mealy phenolics, discreet acidity is sufficiently fresh and lively, fine fruit is nuanced and complex, redcurrant, plum and flowers, mineral finish. In no way a rosé cliché, a great terroir wine, light in colour.
More about the tastingDelicate pastel colour, onion skin, "gris". Smells of dusty rock and dry undergrowth, rather than fruit. Round on the palate with good volume, seamlessly integrated, very finely structured acidity, a rosé with many nuances, uniting texture and differentiation. Grape varieties: Sciacarellu, Grenache, Niellucciu.
