88 - 90
Tasting from 04.05.2007

Deep dark ruby garnet, youthful reflections, violet rim. Very ripe fruit on the nose, delicate notes of dried plums and cloves. Compact on the palate, powerful, high in alcohol, somewhat broad-meshed, well-integrated tannins, licorice in the finish, dried fruit in the aftertaste. -Second bottle: similar, slightly oxidative touch, strict tannins, rough.
