Tasting from 14.02.2019

Brilliant, bright, pale golden yellow with persistent mousse. Fragrant nose of the finest blossom honey, lots of chamomile, ripe apricot, lots of peach and some candied mango on the finish. Very fruity on the palate with a supportive acidity structure, distinctly fine mousse, slightly resinous and minimally bitter on the finish.
