Clear, bright straw yellow colour. Delicate nose of linden blossom, white peach, white apple, with tropical hints of lychee in the background. Restrained palate, delicate mousse with a soft acid core, fruity and sweet. Candied citrus fruit on the finish. Lightweight on the finish.
