Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear silver with a green shimmer and a mousse of numerous, fine pearls. A floral nose with notes of orange blossom, hints of yellow peach, pineapple and flint. Revealing on the palate, with a fine mousse, pleasant fruit expression, hints of toasted hazelnut, a slightly bitter note and a little sticky.
