Tasting from 19.03.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark shining ruby red. A fine balsamic touch on the nose, slightly savoury then dark berries, blackberries, a breath leather. Dark fruit on the palate, stretches richly over the tongue, but also has slightly sandy tannin with slightly rough drying.
