Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow with a delicate mousse. Vinous on the nose, some sea salt, elderflower, citrus. Surprisingly fresh and straightforward on the palate, flows beautifully over the tongue, with a light lime finish and a slightly salty aftertaste.
More about the tastingBrilliant silver grey with persistent mousse. Some sugar melon and candied orange on the nose, with subtle hints of red berries and honey. Effervescent, sharp mousse on the palate, appears rebellious and unbalanced.
