Tasting Notes
Bright silver with a consistent and persistent mousse. On the nose notes of crisp pear, light quince, salt, flint; whilst the palate is taut and clear. There's a juicy pull over the tongue, feeling grippy and lively - clearly a wine that's equipped with plenty of drive and tension.
