Brilliant straw yellow colour with silver-coloured reflections. Fine mousse with creamy foam. Notes of rose, fresh flowers, apple, white melon and vineyard peach on the nose. Lively, agile palate with good aromatic complexity. Salty hint that accompanies the flow. Lingering finish.
