The red wine »Réserve« Syrah trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Collegium Wirtemberg has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Enormously forward, sweet woody notes on the nose, raspberry confit, light eucalyptus. The wood is also evident in the mouth, but at the same time a savoury acidity line ensures freshness and longevity. The finesse comes to the fore with more air.
