The red wine Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Collosorbo has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Very perfumed, with a slightly earthy-ferrous touch, also slight notes of liver and blood, rich cherry, dried plum and chocolate – overall not quite clean. Full-bodied on the palate, with lots of tannin and rich alcohol. Remains somewhat subdued with little drinking flow.
