The red wine LuLA Rosso di Toscana IGT, vintage 2014 from the winery Collosorbo has been rated in 2018 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
A herbal nose of mint, currant leaves, nettle, menthol and cocoa bean. The palate is juicy, with very fresh but well extracted tannin that creates a sense of tension but not greenness. Well integrated alcohol and wiry acidity balance the density and avoid a sense of massiveness. A wine that calls for a large piece of braised beef.
