The red wine Brunello di Montalcino, vintage 2012 from the winery Collosorbo has been rated in 2017 by Kiem, Othmar with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, sparkling garnet red. Intense and finely drawn nose with expressive notes of blackberries, fine rose petals, cloves and pomegranate. Warm and supple on the palate, opens with present, ripe fruit, gripping, fine-meshed tannins, coated in fine enamel.
