The red wine Barolo Sorì Ginestra DOCG, vintage 2007 from the winery Conterno Fantino has been rated in 2011 with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Clear, rich ruby garnet colour. Compact and very dense nose, showing intense notes of roses, cloves, ripe cherries and raspberries. Very compact and dense on the palate, builds full-bodied, shows lots of ripe fruit, then opens up with dense tannins, coated in fine texture, long and multilayered.
