Tasting Notes
Intense ruby with a slight garnet sheen. Fragrant nose with hints of dark blackberries, dark currants, some tobacco and sandalwood. Lush and full-bodied in the attack and on the palate, shows a lot of present fruit, dense tannins, but then also a lot of wood notes in the finish that drown out the wine, dries a little.
