Tasting from 04.11.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant ruby with a slight garnet sheen. Clearly defined nose with notes of rose and rose hip, and some flint in the background. The palate is characterized by a lot of fresh acidity and crisp sour cherry, then unfortunately quite green in the development.
