Fresh, relatively light ruby colour. Very delicate yet intense nose, full of ripe wild raspberry, some green pepper, then also sour cherry, exciting. Salty and fruity on the palate, showing fine ripe berry fruit, underpinned with pronounced mineral notes that carry the wine onto the long finish, very elegant.
