Tasting Notes

Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep dark, almost opaque ruby. The nose is dominated by wood, coconut, and vanilla buttercream, savouriness reminiscent of red Thai curry, cranberries, and truffles. The palate is also dominated by wood, powerful, rich, with vegetal undertones. Unbalanced and ostentatious.
