Light golden yellow. A little reserved on the palate, with hints of sulphur and cheese rind, then petrol and sea salt, it needs plenty of air. Vivid ripe fruit on the palate, elegant body, juicy, delicately bitter which is not annoying, and with minimal drying on the finish.
