Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.05.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with a brilliant core. Finely drawn nose of Williams pears, fine banana, subtle hints of light nougat, candied citrus and fine buttery notes. On the palate a great fruit expression and fine texture, accessible, elegant, with racy, well-integrated acidity, finishing on fine smoky notes.
