Tasting Notes
A deep shimmering garnet colour. The bouquet has notes of violet and sour cherry, coated with pink pepper, wild thyme and savoury undertones. It is juicy on the palate, showing good flow and liveliness, firm tannins and polish, then good length on the finish.
