The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery CorteDomina has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot from the region Chianti in Italy.
Bright ruby red. On the nose initially there are fine leather notes, delicate earthy hints, then opens after some time onto orange, raspberry and juicy cherry, inviting. On the palate it shows with ripe, pronounced fruit, lots of sweetness, vanilla, medium weight, finishing with fine savouriness and slight saltiness.
