The red wine Chaminé, vintage 2018 from the winery Cortes de Cima has been rated in 2021 by Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Aragonez, Syrah, Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira from the region Alentejo in Portugal.
Concentrated fruit on the nose with notes of dried plum, blackberry and cherry confit. There are also savoury hints of dark baked bread and some wormwood herb. Lean on the palate, ripe acidity, cherry, plum, some cassis, ripe tannin, mineral finish.
