Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Brilliant, bright straw yellow in colour. On the nose, nuances of fresh pear, quince and some chamomile along with freshly chopped herbs and a hint of lime. The palate is lively with fine acidity and plenty of spice, showing good drive, and a juicy structure, hearty and long.
