Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Rich, bright ruby red in colour. Opens up very intensely on the nose with fresh wild raspberry, sweet cherry and slightly lactic notes, with white sage in the background. The palate opens with juiciness and dancing acidity, light-footed, with velvety, subtle tannins, and an eccentrically fruity finish, very authentic.
