Bright intense ruby colour, with a fine garnet rim. Intense and inviting nose, showing notes of fig, rich blackberry, some graphite in the background, exciting. Blossoms beautifully on the palate, showing lots of ripe berry fruit, then opens up with finely meshed tannins, in many layers, and with a firm drive on the very long finish.
