Tasting Notes
Rich, sparkling ruby. Multi-layered nose, opens with notes of aniseed and fennel seeds, then lots of ripe cherry, inviting. Dense tannins on the palate, builds richly, lots of dark fruit, but seems a little foamy on the finish, slightly harsh tannins, dries slightly, could gain a lot with longer ageing.
