The prosecco Celéber Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut, vintage 2022 from the winery Dal Bello has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant and shiny straw yellow colour. Very fragrant nose of exotic fruits, mango and papaya, as well as fine raspberry and white rose. Effervescent, vivid mousse on the palate, with a certain juiciness, hearty, then full-bodied and somewhat unbalanced between bitterness and fruit sweetness on the finish.
More about the tastingPale, bright silver grey. Subtle mousse. Delicate bouquet with notes of pear, lychee, banana and pineapple. Creamy and well-defined on the palate. Finishes dry and fresh, pleasant flow.
