The red wine Monte Lodoletta Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, vintage 2011 from the winery Dal Forno Romano has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Croatina, Corvinone, Oseleta, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Deep, dark ruby, purple tones. Rich aromas of milk coffee, oak, cassis and black cherry, along with elegant earthy tones and a subtle touch of alcohol. Rich on the palate with warm fruit, tight, earthy tannins, juicy, voluminous and slightly alcoholic, a pleasant tanginess on the finish. Can and should age further.
