The red wine Vigneto Monte Lodoletta Valpolicella Superiore DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Dal Forno Romano has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points.
Very dark ruby with garnet reflections. Very intense and multi-layered aromas of ripe blackberries and blueberries, candied oranges, dark chocolate, violets and a hint of lemon balm. Very rich on the palate with a fine interplay between the fruit and the savouriness, very powerful yet elegant with a touch of balsamic on the very long finish.
