The red wine Quinta da Cabriz Colheita Seleccionada Dão DOC, vintage 2014 from the winery Dão Sul has been rated in 2016 by Martin Kilchmann with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Alfrocheiro Preto from the region Dao in Portugal.
Should be decanted so that the spice can develop ideally: Dried plum, tree resin, white pepper, licorice, very silky on the palate, yet also juicy and playful, extremely homogeneous on the palate, mild acidity, a modern Dão, very well vinified and a true "everybody's darling".
